We work 100% online! We prefer to deliver online as we can have everything at our fingertips to give you the best and most up to date information then and there. We can also share our screen to provide demonstrations on how to use software and see processes in real time. We can also offer phone appointments if this suits you best.

We service clients all over Australia. In fact 80% of our client base are not local to us. This is the beauty of online appointments, you can access the very best accountant to suit your needs, no matter where you are!
DO YOU SPECIALISE IN A PARTICULAR INDUSTRY?
We have a wide client base, however we do specialise in Psychology and allied health clients. A large portion of our client base is made up of Psychologists, including large and small private practice owners, sole traders and employees.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND WHAT SOFTWARE TO USE IN MY BUSINESS?
Absolutely! We can discuss software systems that best suit your business, assist you in implementing them and recommend programs and applications that integrate well with your chosen software. If you are a psychologist and using a practice management software, we can discuss how to integrate this into an accounting software for best reporting on financial data and how to manage fees.
CAN YOU HELP ME DECIDE WHAT THE BEST BUSINESS STRUCTURE IS?
We most certainly can! We can also help you set up a company or trust if that’s the best option for you. If you’re starting out as a sole trader, we can assist in setting yourself up with an ABN, registering for GST, getting bank accounts in order and planning for tax and superannuation.

We call this a Strategy Session. We offer these to existing clients as often or as little as you need them. This is where the magic happens. Tax and compliance is typically about looking backwards and ticking the boxes to ensure we comply with ATO regulations. Strategy + Advisory, is about looking to the future and planning for what’s ahead. It’s about setting goals with intention and engineering the path forward. This is our specialty and we love seeing our clients dreams come to life!
DO YOU OFFER FIXED FEE PACKAGES?
We can do one better, along with our fixed price fees, we can set you up on a monthly payment plan to assist with cashflow. This means sending a proposal for your accounting fees for the year and offering a fixed monthly payment to cover the year. This helps with budgeting and gives you peace of mind that there’s never going to be a scary accountant bill headed your way.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
We quote fees based on the complexity of your work. Once we have a Discovery Call with you and get further insight into your business, we will send you a proposal of fees. This will outline each service clearly and the fee for each service. It’s explained in easy to understand terms and is set out clearly for complete transparency.
